Google home app will not display my Roku camera video. It says “unavailable” the camera works fine on the Roku app it’s only on google. The box says “works with google”. I’ve searched Roku for it and there so many post but nothing has been resolved. I’ve seen several times that it’s a problem with google not Roku.

I have the same problem here. Google Home is linked to Roku smart app but when I tapped the "Cameras" button and said Camera unavailable, and next line said Couldn't reach this camera.
Got any latest updates?

Hello there,
Thanks for posting in the community. I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with the Google Home App.
I understand that you are having issues when checking the video history of your Roku cameras on the app, even when the box says “Works with Google”.
Before trying any troubleshooting steps, please reply to the following:
In the meantime, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app and also check in the Google Home app website to check if the issue is just with the mobile app.
Let me know how this goes to keep working together and find a resolution.
Regards,
Catheryn

Yes the problem still exists. I have the latest everything my ROKU's are up to date the app is up to date and my WIFI is running at a top speed of 2gbs. If I use the ROKU app I can see their cameras just fine no matter where I am, but if I switch to my GOOGLE HOME APP its a NOGO on see my ROKU camera's.

Hello Cathryn.
Sorry for the long delay. ok here are the specs you asked
I have iPhone 15 Pro with IOS version 18.3.1
Roku app version is 5.2.0.19
and I have 3 EERO 6E mesh Wi-Fi with 1 Gig speed around the house.
Now this is my first time purchase this Roku Doorbell because we just move to this new home in Oct 2024. I have no problem in the past using Google Nest doorbell and I have Nest Protect as well. Both connected to Phillips Hue. Using Roku App works fine, but no show on Google Home.
