I ordered nest aware and accidentally deleted the home it was associated with idk what to do.

You could try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" in the post below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Hello Vcope1986, 

If you bought a subscription but haven't added it to a home yet or accidentally deleted the home, here's what you need to do:
 

  1. Open the Home app.
    Note: If you have multiple homes, make sure to select the one you want to add the subscription to. To switch between homes, tap on "Favorites" and then tap the home name near the top of the screen.
  2. Tap "Settings" > "Subscriptions"
  3. Choose "Nest Aware" and then tap "Apply."
  • If you have multiple unused subscriptions, just pick the one you want to use for your home and tap "Apply."
  • If you don't have a home set up in the app, tap "Add a home" and the app will help you create one and assign the subscription to it.
