Google nest mesh router

I have a google mesh router. Stopped working out of nowhere. Tried all the troubleshooting google support has nothing has worker. So I restored the factory settings on mesh router and both connection points. Tried setting up a new device once I add the mesh router it connects after I add user name and password but then says can’t connect. I’ve tried further troubleshooting nothing works. Called my internet provider and everything is fine on that end. Don’t know what to do please help

Hi Dilz,

That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s further look into it. How did you do the factory reset? What is the color/status of the light showing on your Google Wifi device? Is the Ethernet cord properly plugged in? Unplug it and plug it back into the port with a globe icon. I’ll look forward to your response.
