Hi PiyushPatil_101,
Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community! Let's sort this out.
To confirm, is the device that you have is a Chromecast with Google TV (4K) or a TV with Google TV built-in? If you have a Chromecast device and the casting option isn't available in your Windows computer, please make sure you're using a Chrome browser and it's updated. Rebooting your Chromecast and Wi-Fi router might also help.
On the other hand, if you only have a TV with built-in Google TV, you may try to turn off/on your TV. Also, it will be best to reach out to your TV manufacturer for further help.
Best,
Jennifer
