I told my Home device to set a timer for 1 hour. I even checked to see what it heard, and verified a "1 hour timer." Seven minutes later, timer sounds. I asked what the timer was for, it replies, "Your 7 minute timer."
Other times, I have to phrase a command differently, although I've used the command hundreds of times. Example:
I have coffee every morning. My phrase was always, "Start coffee." One morning, it replied "that device isn't set up yet," several times in a row. Then I say, "Turn on the coffee," and it worked.
It also does not announce the name of timers. What's the point of naming timers when all it does is sound a bell? Alexa would always say, "Your oven timer is ready."
System needs a lot of work.
