Heat takes up to 4 hours to turn on

We have had a nest for a year, no issues. We got a new router and it connected fine but it’s been nothing but issues since.

My heat went from taking 30 minutes to even turn in suddenly to now taking 4+ hours! It also will randomly change the temp or is saying the incorrect temp inside now.

We have done every troubleshooting/reset step known to man and cannot figure out what to do!

Thanks for posting. I apologize for the late response. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
