Heatmiser Neo Hub - Google Home automation - Only 2 out of 3 modes are available as starters

Hi All,

I hope someone can help me.

I have a selection of Heatmiser Thermostats connected to my Neo Hub. Please see details below:

Neo Hub Firmware: v2187
Thermostat: neoAir v2 - firmware:v189

I successfully linked the thermostats to my Google Home app and now I wanted to create an automation based on the different modes that are available.
As you can see below, the thermostats have 3 modes: Heat, Off and On.

In my automation, I wanted the starter to be when the mode changes to ON. As you can see below, the only options available are Off and Heat:

Could you please let me know if Google can work on the integration with Heatmiser and enable the Mode Changes to On as an option.

Because the thermostats are rarely turned off and their status changes from Heat to On based on temperature settings, it would make much more sense to have the status ON as an option for a starter.

I hope this makes sense.

Many thanks

a. Open the Google Home app on your mobile device. b. Tap the "+" icon or "Add" button to create a new automation. c. Select "Set up device" > "Have something already set up?" d. Search for and select your Heatmiser thermostats from the list of available devices. e. Follow the prompts to link your Heatmiser account and devices with the Google Home app.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I have linked the accounts and am able to create an automation. The issue I have is that the starter I need is not available. I need a  "Mode Changes to ON". If you check my screenshots you will see that the options are "Off" and"Heat". The third mode "On" is missing.
