Help. Harmony stopped working.

For years, had Harmony Hub linked to Google account so I could turn TV and other devices off/on with Hey Google. We lost power while out of town and now it won't work. Harmony app will turn things off/on so the hub works fine. Google Home app reads as linked to Harmony account (redid this multiple times). All on same wifi. Hit a wall.  Side note: actual TV is on same wifi and online but Google isn't seeing that, either. Any suggestions? Thx.

Hi Mizzoug,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: What is the make and model of the phone that you are using for your Google Home app? What is the exact message that you are getting? Which Nest speaker? When you try to use Google assistant from your phone are you getting the same message?

You can reboot your Harmony hub, Nest speaker/display and your WiFi router to refresh devices and WiFi signal. When they are back on, say the command “Hey Google” then “sync my devices”. Try the feature after.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Juni

Hi. Thanks for the reply.

I ended up going to Reddit and found the solution. Seems it wasn't a problem with my Google products but that Harmony has been having an issue. Ended up completely forgetting my Harmony Hub from the Harmony app and then reading as if new. Then just relinked and all was good.

Thanks for your time tho.

Hey folks,

Sweet, we're glad to hear that! As we got our resolution here, I'm going to mark this thread as resolved. I'll be locking this thread if we won't hear back from you again in 24 hrs. Should that happen, feel free to create a new one if you have more questions or have other concerns in the future.

Thanks for the help here, Juni.

Best,
