Help need with Next battery doorbell

My battery nest doorbell wont show more than 3 hours of recording even after I've paid for a next subscription of £ 6 per month? Do I need to change the settings or reinstall the Nest doorbell.

Is your subscription in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your subscription?

You can check your subscription here; when you click on the subscription, it shows the "home/structure":

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

That should be the same "home/structure" that displays on the initial screen in the Google Home app

Thanks for your reply, I paid for the subscription on my Google account as per my Google search to subscribe to Next Aware 30 days (£6.00) as the free month which came with the doorbell expired. So frustrating. Really hope you can help? Is there a way to link the payment?

I'm just another Google Nest customer. Did you purchase your Nest Aware subscription using the same Google Account you are using to sign onto the Google Home app? If so, did you check the Google Nest "home/structure" shown on this link (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) when you click on your subscription? Is it the same Google Nest "home/structure" shown on the initial screen in the Google Home app? They should be the same. (The name of your Google Nest "home/structure" is whatever name you chose when setting it up.)
