Home - "device disable" and "device offline"

Hi all, i need support about Home app.

i have one device under "si smart" app, work properly, and via his app, all ok. Home can manage (via vocal command) device.
But in Home app, device is marked as "disable" state, but device is on. So for example, to switch off, i need "on" in Home and then I can "off it". So, "state" is not "sync" with device.

Though I switch on this device directly from Home, after some minutes his state change to "disable"

Analog problem with a "magic home" device. Work corretly via his app, and via vocal command, but in this case, when i enter in Home app, i see this device "offline", but, if i use vocal commands, response and i can manage it. But (as before) seems that "state" is not sync.

i have already unlink all my account, relink all and sync via Home ... but problem still there ... any suggest?

Thx

I'm having same type problem. My home was setup working fine .

I just moved now when I setup my devices there disabled in my home .

I've rebooted , factory reset, relinked and unlinked a few Times but keeps do the same thing . I can control the devices with the app (geeni) just fine but it won't work on my google home when it did couple weeks ago ..

Hi Jeffl1963,

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers and Geeni devices are we working with? Were there any recent changes made? When you did the factory reset, was it the same steps as what you see in this link? Which devices are offline?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
  4. Make sure all devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and frequency.

Tell us how it goes.

Best,

Dan
