Hello! I have a Google nest mini gen 2
I recently moved to another house and now my nest won't connect to the internet. It says to disable AP isolation but I don't know how to do that on my router.
Please help

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! During the move to your new house did you?
To disable IP isolation you will need to access your router settings to do this you must look at the bottom/side of your router for a sticker which will show the wifi network name and password etc
in order to connect to your router:
I hope this help use this link for more information:

Hello everyone,
@code_, I appreciate the help.
@Y2KN_Ganesh, thanks for reaching out. Make sure that you've factory reset your Google Nest Mini before setting it up and connecting it to the new Wi-Fi network. You may use another phone to go through the configuration process. See the additional troubleshooting here if the issue persists.
Keep me posted.
Best,
Lovely
