Hi! Thanks for reaching out! During the move to your new house did you?

  • Change ISP (Internet Service Provider at all)?
  • If you've changed ISP have you set up google home mini to the new wifi network
  • Have you tried resetting your google home mini at all and tried resetting it all up?

To disable IP isolation you will need to access your router settings to do this you must look at the bottom/side of your router for a sticker which will show the wifi network name and password etc

in order to connect to your router:

  1. Find out your IP address: google your IP address as copy and paste your IP into your search bar it should bring you to the login page of your router
  2. Find out what the username and password is on the router sticker, each password and username will be different for every router from model to model
  3. Enter the username and password and click login
  4. This should bring you to the router settings. Look around for AP Isolation, again each router is different so It may be in different places! Once you find it disable it and click apply changes, you may need to restart the router for the changes to take effect.
  5. Try reconnecting your google home mini to the wifi

I hope this help use this link for more information:

Hello everyone,

@code_, I appreciate the help.

@Y2KN_Ganesh, thanks for reaching out. Make sure that you've factory reset your Google Nest Mini before setting it up and connecting it to the new Wi-Fi network. You may use another phone to go through the configuration process. See the additional troubleshooting here if the issue persists.

Keep me posted.

Best,
