I have had Google Home and Hubspace apps linked and working as they should for months to control about a dozen or so Ecosmart brand smart bulbs. A few days ago my Google assistant on all my Nest speakers started saying they couldn’t connect to Hubspace app. All my connected lights show as “offline” in the Home app. I can, however, still control the lights through the Hubspace app. Obviously, I’d like to be able to control my lights again using my voice and my Nest speakers and the Home app.

I have tried relinking all accounts, reinstalling apps, restart phone and internet/WiFi.

Hello arho225,
We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's sort this out.
We appreciate you for trying those steps. Have you tried rebooting your Google Home? Once done, try saying "OK Google, sync my devices". If the issue persists, give resetting your Google Home speaker a try.
Keep us posted.
Thanks,
Alex

Hello,
yes, I tried all that. When I said to sync devices, it kept telling me that “the Hubspace is not available”. I ended up having to reinstall all my smart lights and plugs. It was just faster than waiting for someone to reply. I know my post isn’t this old but I have been trying to fix all this for over a week.

Hi arho225,
We understand if you feel that way. We're trying to be responsive as much as possible.
We'd like to make sure that everything is running smoothly on your end, still have trouble controlling your lights using your Google Home?
Best,
Alex

I understand. Not mad at anyone. Everything seems to be working okay again…for now.
