I can’t see my front porch camera on my iPhone

There may be an issue with the camera or the app that's preventing it from connecting to your iPhone. Try troubleshooting the camera and the app, or contacting their respective support teams for assistance.

Your iPhone may not be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera. Make sure both devices are connected to the same network and try again.

It's possible that the camera is not compatible with your iPhone or the app you're using. Check the camera's documentation and the app's system requirements to make sure they are compatible with your device.

You might want to consider contacting Support, starting with the link below. It's hard for customers in this forum to provide many suggestions, because we don't even know what camera you have. But here are a few questions that come to mind: If you have an older camera, is it missing in both the Google Nest app and the Google Home app? Is it missing on the home.nest.com website and the home.google.com website? If you have Nest Hubs, can you see the camera on those devices? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network?

@Susanknox, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how many home structures do you have? Do you have other family members who have access to your Nest Camera? What app are you using to check your Nest Camera? Let us know your update here.
