Hi,
Device tiles will automatically get removed once you reset a device. If one of your device tile doesn't disappear once you've reset your device, you'll have to remove it manually. To remove a device:
- Open the Google Home app.
- Make sure you're signed in to the right Google account.
- Tap on the Devices tab.
- Tap on the device you want to remove.
- Tap on Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap on Remove device.
Please note that you'll have to set up your device again after these steps.
