I don't have a smartphone, tablet, etc. and am unable to set up my Google Home Mini

I just bought a Google Home Mini, but I do not have a smartphone, tablet, or anything I can get the Google Home app on. I'm wondering if there is a way I can set it up using Chrome on a Chromebook.

No unfortunately. Setup requires a phone or tablet with the Google Home app.

Perhaps you can borrow one from a friend or family member or colleague temporarily?
