Is my wiring compatible with the Nest Thermostat?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

It appears to be Nest-compatible. To be sure, is it a Heat Pump? If so, the white wire would be on the O/B terminal, and if you only have a conventional type system, connect it to the W/W1 terminal on the Nest Thermostat. Then, follow the rest of its wires to their appropriate terminals, including the blue wire to the C terminal for 24 V Common.
