Is this Google Nest community moderated to ensure threads are in the right topics/labels?

I was looking through the Sharing an automation label to look for some ideas, but it contains many threads started by people asking for help, as well as threads completely off-topic.

There are threads like that dating back to June 2022.

  • Shouldn't those be in the Automation help or other appropriate label?
  • If not, what's the difference between them?
  • If so, what's the point of having topics if there's no moderation quality control to keep them on-topic?

We're already here because we're having a poor user experience with the Google Home devices. That poor user experience shouldn't continue in this forum.

Things like this make it seem like Google aren't taking feedback, this forum, or the Google Home products seriously. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

(Also, why isn't a library of automations available in the Google Home and Next Hub already?)
