Issue Connecting Chromecast to Home Application

Since yesterday, we have been experiencing issues connecting our Chromecast to any platform. To troubleshoot the problem, we reset the device, but instead of resolving the issue, it made things worse. Now, it is not connecting to the Home application at all.

 

We request you to resolve this issue at the earliest so that we can continue using your services without any interruptions.
