Lights offline and ive tried everything

My lights are offline and I cannot get them reconnected even clear the light bulbs

What's the brand of your lights? Can you still control them via voice commands? If not, are you getting any message when you're trying to control it. Try reinstalling your Google Home app. Rebooting your devices, phone and router might help too.
