Lost password, no reset e mail request received

So hello everyone, I'm new here ...I have 2 old wired wifi nest cameras for outdoor the one with the magnetic base....anyway ...I just added a new door bell wired nest cameras and I learned that new cameras only works with Google home ,I wanted to put the other 2 old cameras with the doorbell in the Google home app....but I can't because I forgot the nest password, I snout an email for password reset several times but I never got anything, how do I fix this... I need to reset uninstall the 2 old cameras...please help

Hello Tony2000,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us your concern. Let's see what we can do here. To confirm, are you using the same email address for your Nest app and Google Home app? If so, all you have to do is to sign in your same email address to the Google Home app and you'll be able to see your old Nest Cameras. Regarding your password, were you able to check your spam, junk and trash folder?
