Matter integration for actions

Hi all,

thanks for the support you would provide to me.

Even if I'm quite familiar with plenty of technology, networking, communication protocols and stuff like that, in some way it is my job, I'm wondering about Matter actual compatibility and integration with Google Home app.

So far I've got Nuki Smart Lock (matter compatible) that I use with Nuki app for Lock/Unlock the door. I also have an Ezviz video-survellaince kit. I enable/disable the motion detection manually from the Ezviz app.

I'm also considering an electric shutter solution to purchase, of course matter compatible.

The question is related to the automation that I could achieve with Google Home. My goal is to activate/deactivate motion detection of the cameras and open/close the electric shutter when the door is locked/unlocked.

Does anyone have experience on this and could share some suggestion?

Thanks for posting. I understand that you are interested in using the Google Home app to control your third-party devices compatible with Matter. In this case, I'd recommend contacting your manufacturer for further assistance. If the devices work with Google, we can assist you in connecting them.
