My Nest Thermostat wont turn off when the sun rises and on when it sets though automation.

I have tried everything and this just won't work. My nest thermostat won't automate when the sun sets, it turns on and when the sun rises, it turns off. This seams to also be the case with cameras but that's a whole other thing.

• Do you use the Nest app or the Google Home app?
• Is the sunlight directly impacting your Google Nest Thermostat?
• When you say your Nest Thermostat doesn't "activate," do you mean it doesn't activate your HVAC system (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), or do you mean the Sunblock feature doesn't function correctly when the sun is out or rising?

Im gonna reply to your bullet points below

• Nest app and Google Home. On the nest app I can't find a daytime run or nighttime run on the schedule like online says there is. On the home app if you automate it with day-night options it won't work unless you map it first to a light that runs on a day-night cycle.
• Nope, no sunlight directly on the thermostat.
• It didn't activate my furnace or do anything really. However when I say Hay google turn on heart it listens to me, just doesn't work on sunrise or sunset automation on Google Home and I can't find it on the nest to try that. Thank you so much for your fast response.
