After 3 years suddenly all of the Google Speakers have started using my Spotify account, despite my parents having a premium account of their own!
My Spotify account is on 1 speaker that's located in my bedroom
My parents share a Spotify account that is linked to 2 speakers in the home.
All of a sudden when they ask their speakers to play music it's using my Spotify account. This is really frustrating, and it's just suddenly happened!
I've tried unlinking my Spotify from Google but it literally won't let me and keeps playing from my account every time.
Why has this happened and how can it be fixed? I am so angry about it because we're paying for 2 premium accounts and Google only wants to use 1 of them!!!

Hey MollyMoo,
Thanks for posting and we're sorry for this experience.
A few questions: are your parents' Spotify Premium accounts active? Are the Google Home speakers setup under your Google Account? Were there any changes made prior to the issue?
You can have the Google Home devices use your parents' Spotify accounts again by making your parents' home members in your Home structure. Make sure to link their Spotify in their Google Home app afterwards so that the devices will use their account when playing music.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Lovely
