Nest Audio low volume

I have a Nest Audio and a Nest Hub Max in the same room. We use the best hub max as a monitor for a nest cam in our baby's room.

If I am playing music on the Audio while the Hub Max is displaying the camera view, the volume on the Audio is incredibly low (at max volume I cannot hear it over a normal conversation).

As soon as I stop displaying the camera view on the Hub Max, the Audio jumps back to full normal volume. If I put the the camera display back on the Hub Max, the Audio volume lowers again. 

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for posting and we're sorry for this experience. 

We'd like to dig deeper into this. When did this issue start? Is the volume low only when playing music or also when listening to radio and news? Have you tried any troubleshooting before? 

If you haven't already, perform a reset on your Google Nest Audio and after you set it up, check if it still lowers its volume when you stream from the Google Nest Hub Max.
