my Google Home mini speaker is not working. I’m trying to make resit for factory but it still on my Google Home app on my phone the speaker I couldn’t remove the old Wi-Fi. I cannot make forget this Wi-Fi how you can help me

Hi Zeina, sorry about your situation, but you might need to totally remove the device from your Google Home App, factory reset the device and then re add it to your network.
To remove the device from your Google Home App:
On the Google Home app, locate the device and hold it down for some seconds, when it displays the control interface click on settings and the top right corner, then click on remove device
