Hey Txakerele,

Thanks for reaching out.

To make sure, are you trying to play radio stations on your Google Home speaker? If so, what's the exact command and what's the response of your speaker? Check this article for additional details.

Best,

Alex

Hi Alex, thanks for writing bavk to me. The command in English would something:"ok Google, play the radio" It's what I was doing so far when I could configurate which radio stations I wanted Google to play. It anwers something like:"Due to a problem I can't play radio nor Spotify. This has been happening few monthd ago but can't configurate what radio stations I want to play

Hi there,

Got it. What country are you located in? Try playing radio using the call sign or the frequency ( OK Google, “Play Mega 97.9 FM, “Play ESPN Radio or "Play 98.5"). Also, when you ask your Google Home speaker to play music (OK Google, play music), what's the response?

Alex

Hi Alex, I cannot play music nor radio stations. The command I always gave and keep giving is:"Ok Google play music (for example)". "Ok I'll play music in Spotyfy. Sorry, there's been a problem, try again later". Is the asnwer I keep receiving from Google nest

Hi there,

Understood. Is it also happening with other voice commands? Try reinstalling your Google Home app. Make sure your speakers are within 15-20 feet of your router. Give rebooting your Google Home speakers and router a try to refresh the connection.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Alex
