My nest/smart speaker cant see any wifi

😩
Hello, I have a compatible smart speaker that should start up and connect easily.
At home I tried to connect it via 'Google Home' as stated in the manual and video tutorials, but the speaker does not see ANY wi-fi nearby.
But the phone itself sees a dozen of them. The device did not even respond to Bluetooth connection. I complained about it and got a new one from the seller. I went to try it at my sister's in another city on another Wifi. Here the device saw 8 nearby networks including the one I wanted to connect to. The connection was successful, everything worked. So I reset the device to factory settings and took it back home. Here it has the same problem as the original device - it doesn't see any wifi and can't even connect to mine by name.

So the question is:
How is it possible that in one apartment it recognizes all nearby wi-fi networks and in another (40 km away) it does not recognize any? What could be the problem please, because I don't understand it at all. Apart from the IP address, the settings and parameters of both networks are practically identical.
And I tried the hotspot of the mobile network and it can't find it either.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! Because it drives me crazy.😵
