New HVAC Unit installed. Shorty after the thermostat shut down the unit shut down . The message read, NO POWER RH WIRE NOT DETECTED

This sounds like a HVAC question for the company that installed the unit.
I would not be surprised if the cable is loss on the HVAC side if thr thermostat did not change from the old unit.

There are several safety features built into HVAC systems that will remove power from the R wires (this includes Rc and Rh wires)
Check all of the panels on the furnace/air handler and make sure they are fully and correctly installed, these panels have a safety switch.
Check that the filter is installed correctly and its access panel is properly closed. Again, there is a safety switch.
Check the overflow, consider drain and make sure it's not plugged. It has a water level switch to stop it from overflowing.
Check the thermostat cable on each end and make sure that nothing has come lose.

Teelove62, hope that helps, but if you're still having trouble with your Nest Thermostat, please provide us a clear picture of the wiring set up on your old and current thermostat. Also, please provide the power reading on your Nest Thermostat.
