Need help , mother gave me her nest max

So my mother gave me her nest max but on her google home app the device isn’t on there as she never transferred the app from her old phone to the new one. None of us remember the account information. Is there a way of seeing what account it’s linked? This is screen I’m getting.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. By any chance, do you still have the old phone with you where the Google Nest Hub Max is set up? Basically, that's the only way you can view that. Lastly, have you already tried performing a complete reset on your Google Nest Hub Max to see if this would make any changes?
