Need to replace screen on google nest hub

A few questions: when did the Google Nest Hub's screen crack? Was the display dropped or knocked over? Is the device still working?

Hi Lovely,

The screen cracked when the Nest hub was knocked over from the kitchen counter. This happened 1 month ago. The device is still working but the screen is black in the left bottom corner of the device. The touch screen is also not working on that part of the screen.

Sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, we can only process replacement for a cracked screen on Google Nest Hub if it's due to manufacturing or shipping. Google's Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents. For more information about our warranty, check out this support website.
