Nest 4th gen hot air no matter heat or cool. No matter O/B settings

My thermostats is set to cool heat code 70/76. 
it’s been working fine in winter. Today it got hot. And it started to “cool except it was still hot air”

 

I have it it set on O and seasonal. Tried O and each cycle and tried B each cycle as well. Didn’t work no matter what. 

please help

  • What type of furnace do you have? (gas, electric, etc.)
  • Which wires do you have?
  • Do you see any error code in your thermostat?

Electric from 2007

I have Y G C O/B and R wires. 
I had a licensed AC tech install 6 of these 4th gen thermostats. 

original

older thermostat had S1 L C R Y O/B G G2 wires. 
I can attach photos but I don’t see how to here
