Nest App OFFLINE

  • My internet dropped out on Monday, since then my App shows as OFFLINE. I have uninstalled then reinstalled it, switched phone off, all software is up to date. The Nest control box adjacent to the boiler has a green light. I can operate the heating manually at the thermostat. I have been in a spiral of Nest 'help pages' to no avail. Can anyone help,.I'm at the end of my tether

I understand that since your internet connection dropped out on Monday, your Nest Thermostat has been showing as offline and you haven't been able to control it using the Nest app, but you can still control the heating manually.
