Nest App stuck on temperature on iphone, cannot change temp up or dwn, stuck

When first installed I could see the set temperature and change it up or down on my iphone. Could also schedule tem settings for the week.

Now all I see on my phone is the presently set  temp. , right now set to cool at 79. Nothing else. Does not go anywhere, and I cannot change anything. Cannot find the 7 didgit code, gives me the message: thermostat connected to an account. App on my pc is useless.
