Chromecast stopped working after phone change

I have new phone and now our Chromecast in our summer cottage stopped working. We don't have wifi here. We have always used the Chromecast via mobilephone hotspot connection but now when I try to install the Chromecast there comes error after trying to connect my hotspot. Do you have any good tips how can I try to fix this?

Hello everyone! If you have ever thought about visiting Chernobyl  don't hesitate. I booked through https://chernobylstory.com/  and it was a really good choice.
