Nest Aware Customer Seevice!!!

Nest aware services are Horrible as far as customer service is concerned…. No one to help you and they stick you with every bill possible… Horrible, Horrible!!! Won’t let you cancel on the same day of your your subscription is supposed to renew.they will charge you for a whole year ..

That doesn't seem right.

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below. They say it should: "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

@teddy2688, oh no! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the Nest Aware subscription. I’d be glad to help you with this. Have you had any chance to contact the support team as suggested by MplsCustomer above? If yes, how was it?

 

Also, Google Nest Aware is available directly from Nest and also through our partners. Canceling your subscription works differently, depending on how you originally purchased it.
