We have an active Nest Aware + subscription & download our video history daily from a Nest Camera. Everything worked fine until Feb 21 when were unable to download any video history. An error message indicates the 'cuepoints.json' file is missing. The video is being recorded as we can see it in the Nest app. This same thing occurs on two different computers.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
