Nest Aware subscription

We purchases a Nest Camera in December. We purchased the annual Nest Aware subscription on March 4.... HOW do we get it to work? My husband did it through his google account, but it shows not active. It shows not active on mine, but I was "invited to the household" so I'm not sure it would show under my account. We already had the Nest thermostat under his google account, so I'm not sure if that is the issue. We cannot figure out how to get the services that we paid for. Can't get in touch with anyone! I've seen others with this similar issue,  but I'm not sure if I've seen the outcome. Anyone that can offer any assistance?! Please!

Hello @dmpayne,

Thanks for reaching out. Is the Nest Cam added under your husband's Google account too? Both the device and subscription need to be in the same account for it to work.

You can also check it by going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.
