After having my nest camera for over a year in the same place it now has started to flicker and send my alerts that i have motion however there is no motion in the house. I have two of them one on patio that has no issues but one in kitchen is having issues. Thoughts?

To confirm, were there any changes to the Wi-Fi network? Are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive any notifications?
