Nest Camera

My nest camera picture  stopped working after  power cut , I tried to restart it , message saying had a new product , when opening  main app , when Trying to restart the camera , message say the product is already installed on an other account.  I am the account holder from new. now do I get my cam picture up  again on the App ?

Before providing some troubleshooting steps, please provide the information requested below:

  • What is the model of your Nest Camera?
  • Did you set up your Nest Camera in the Google Home app or Nest app the first time?
  • What is the color of the LED light on the camera?
  • How many home structures do you have in your account?
