My Nest connect seems to go off line sporadically WITHOUT any change in anything in the home.....it has not been moved or blocked; it has happened when no one is even at home. This is my second connect device, I even added a new router at the suggestion of the Tech rep, but it still does this. Has anyone else experienced this. The inconsistency with Nest products, AND this whole thing now that the newer products are on Google Home, where we prefer the Nest app.....makes me to search for other competitor's products - Nest is not what it used to be.

How far is your Connect from the router? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Also, were there any changes to your WiFi network?
