I have a Nest Yale lock which also uses a Nest Connect. The lock has been offline for several days. I tried checking my Nest Connect device. When I press the button, when the Connect is plugged in, it just slowly pulses blue. I tried holding down the button for 8 seconds. It still pulses blue. I tried updating Wi-Fi settings from my app. It says something is wrong. Nothing has changed in my Wi-Fi or the position of the devices for months. I can’t even tell anymore whether the Connect is connected to Wi-Fi. The tests on the app are not producing the expected results. Any idea what I should do?
