Nest Floodlight Cameras will not connect to new Wi-Fi

I’ve bought 4 exterior Google Nest Cameras with Floodlights.  They won’t connect to a new Wi-Fi.  They’re located on the second floor exterior.  30 plus feet high.  I have QR code but nothing works. Help please

Is this the first setup or are you changing them to a new network? If it's a new network you'll have to physically hold down the reset button to factory reset them and set them up from scratch. Same may be true for a first time setup but all mine set up fine on first power
