Hello, I'm hoping that someone has a solution to this frustrating problem. The hub display is with the G logo and then starts blinking. I tried the Factory Reset and follow through countdown, but nothing happens and then back to the gray screen. I've tried changing outlets, rebooting router etc. This device is no longer recognise in my Google home app. Hopefully, someone can help before I move away from Google completely. Thank you in advance.
