I've just purchased a couple of 1st gen Google Home Hubs and I'm having trouble getting the doorbell camera to sure on them. When I ask the hub to "show the front door doorbell" it says "Sorry, it looks like Google Home Hub doesn't support streaming from the Front Door Doorbell". They should be compatible according to Google's help centre.
The doorbell is a Nest Doorbell (battery) which streams and announces visitors on our phones with no issues.
Has anyone had any experience of this issue or know how to solve it?

Are your Google Home Hubs in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your battery doorbell? Are they on the same Wi-Fi network?

Yes, they're all in the same network and both set up in the Google Home app. They're not set up in Nest. I tried that when troubleshooting, but the Nest app informs me to set these up in the Home app.

I don't know why you can't stream your doorbell's camera on your hubs, unless you have more than one Google Nest "home" in the Google Home app.
The Google Home Hubs are set up in the Google Home app.
Can you see your hubs and the doorbell in the Google Home app?
Can you livestream your battery doorbell on the "preview"/beta home.google.com website?
If you turn on "Visitor announcements" on your doorbell, you should get announcements on your hubs when the doorbell is pressed (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451?hl=en), unless your hub is set to "Do not disturb".

I've solved it. Both hubs were fresh out the box. They had been updated during setup, but upon rebooting them they seemed to update again. Now both are working.
Thanks for taking the time to respond. It's very much appreciated.
