I have 3 outdoor Nest IQ cameras. A few months ago, one of them went offline and never came back on. It is not an issue with the wifi or electrical outlet. It is plugged into a good working outlet (other items plugged into this outlet work, tried routing nest to another outlet - still does not work), but the device has no electrical connection. Even if I try to factory reset it, there is no light appearing during the factory reset process. It appears that the electrical functionality in the device is dead. Then just recently one of the remaining two IQ cameras died in the same manner. I cannot find any advice addressing this issue. It appears to be a device electrical total failure.

Have you tried plugging either of your failing Nest IQ cameras into the USB adapter from your one Nest IQ camera that is still working just to see whether or not it's the USB adapters that have failed?

Hi folks,
@MplsCustomer, thanks for the help?
@mlt17, thanks for posting. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: have you tried the suggested step by MplsCustomer? Is the end of the cable with the rubber ring plugged into the camera? You can check if the logo on the USB connector is visible on the back of the camera. The visible logo indicates the USB connector is inserted correctly. Is the cable fully and securely plugged into both the camera and the adapter? Are there any kinks or frays in the cable?
You can do the following steps:
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Juni

Thank you for the responses. It appears to be an issue with the functionality google-provided power adapter. There are no frays or damage, however, I plugged the camera into a non-google power adapter and it lit up. I have requested new power adapters from google and hopefully, that will solve the problem.
