I am very frustrated that this product's performance is so poor and that google does not stand behind it. A product that I paid $400 for should work for more than 1 year.

I cannot restart the device as it is completely dead. When plugged into a working power cord to a working outlet there is no activity.

Thank you for the responses. It appears to be an issue with the functionality google-provided power adapter. There are no frays or damage, however, I plugged the camera into a non-google power adapter and it lit up. I have requested new power adapter...
