Nest Max and IQ Cam migrated to Home but not in automations

I migrated a Home Hub Max and indoor cam IQ to the Home app. They moved as expected but they do not appear in the Actions menu in automations. 

Can anyone advise?

"If your Nest Max and IQ Cam are migrated to Google Home but not showing in automations, try re-syncing the devices, updating the Google Home app , or restarting the devices. You can also try creating a new automation to see if the devices show up. If the issue continues, contacting Google support may help resolve it."

I’m sorry for all the inconveniences that you have experienced after migrating your Nest Hub Max and your Nest Cam IQ Indoor. I'd like to know if you’ve tried the steps provided on this thread and if you still need assistance in this case.
