I just inherited a Google Nest Mini gen 2 and I'm trying to do a factory reset following the standard instructions. So I switch off the microphone, the lights turn orange, I press and hold the top center where the orange lights are, and then...nothing at all. It never does the reset no matter how long I press down on it.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
