Nest Outdoor camera with floodlight, Changed wifi, now won't connect, We changed internet providers, new wifi name and code. Reconnected everything except the outdoor camera. It is showing a green light, so it seems to be sending video to the cloud, but I am not sure. When I try to add to new network, seems to be trying to connect to the nest thermostat, but 'someting went wrong'. Do i need to create a guest wifi network with the old name and password, then connect my thermostat to that network, set my phone to that network and see if it will connect? Then if it does, remove from that network, reset everything back to new network wifi name and then add the camera to new network?

If it's showing a green status light, then the factory reset didn't occur. Did you follow the "factory reset" instructions (not the "restart" instructions) here?

Thank you, I do not see a reset for a wired outdoow camera with floodlight.

It's listed under "Nest Cam (battery) or Nest Cam with Floodlight". They are the same camera.
