Nest Pro touch screen not responding

  • Since purchase, my Nest Pro touch screen has not worked properly. If I tap/slide lightly or more forcefully, the touch screen does not respond. I have tried to contact customer service to obtain a new screen or troubleshoot, but I cannot find a phone number or customer service agent, real or virtual, to discuss my issue.
  •  looking for guidance...please help me contact someone in customer service to discuss my issue..

I don't know which device you have. (What is a "Nest Pro"?)

But you can contact Support using these steps:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
